Kisses and InstaCare......?

For Valentine's Day Steve and I had both decided that we didn't want to do anything extravagant so we decided to go to Quizno's. Yes, Quizno's. MaryLynn had offered to watch all of the grand kids so the adults could go out and have some fun. Little did we know but out plans didn't include fun.

I had started to get sick on Wed. night. I had the worst sinus congestion. The remainder of the week it just kept getting worse and I couldn't breathe through my nose. I started using nose spray, which I later found out that I am not allowed to take because of my BP meds. Oops! By Saturday I was miserable.

Steve and I dropped the kids off at his parents house and headed to InstaCare. When we got there I was told that the wait time was 1 1/2-2 hours. There were so many people. The doctor was very friendly but a little wacky. Steve thought she was high on something. The best part of it all was that we were only there for 1 1/2 hours.

What an awesome way to spend Valentine's Day.

Ashlyn's ABC's

Ashlyn has been saying her ABC's for a few months now and I have had several requests to video tape her. You will have to watch it sideways because I obviously dont know how to run a camera. Enjoy!

Nick and Ashley's Wedding

On Saturday, February 7th, Steve's brother Nick was married to Ashley Jensen at The American West Heritage Center. The only way to get to the wedding, other than walking, was to take a carriage ride. We were very lucky that it wasn't freezing.
